About a month ago, right before my 45th birthday, I started getting hot flashes. I didn't mind those so much. What I did mind was the migraine headache that went with them! I never had that before, and I'm assuming it's with the perimenopause. Grrr. Luckily, symptoms have subsided since then, but I know it'll start up again. Great site! Hi!
