I have gained an extra 10lbs....Skinny jeans are a dream in the future! HOLY COW!!! I've never had a weight problem however this must be age catching up the only saving grace is that it beats the alternative. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this could happen to me. Boot camp here I come...I still have not enrolled...It is on the agenda for Saturday or Sunday.....Here's how I see it...It is a job and if you don't go to work you get fired...That is my motivation...I psyche myself into that frame of mind and it works...I also book the time in my diary so that is is an appointment...Perhaps that will help others....I figure that if I can volunteer my time to the elderly well I can volunteer my time to me! On that note here's to all the gals out there in the same boat...It is not sinking so that is good news!!! Hope this was helpful....It works for me!
