Nice job...I know what that smell is all about, the delicious foods and lovely scents of baked goods etc while your working out....If only we could stop ourselves when we are where we want to be...I have lost 8 pounds but it has been a struggle.Try going into Walgreens, or CVS or the supermarket with all the Easter chocolate!!! I broke down yesterday and bought 1 truffle. I got lost in a bad neighborhood and yes I'm a blond with a GPS!!!!!! Holy Cow, yes I'm referring to me. What an A--!! I mean a Jack Ass to get into that...But that chocolate sure tasted good and nurtured my brain to get me in the right direction...I finally made it home with no more mishaps yesterday...Today is another story...My advice, one hour at a time..
